How to convert your eDreams into a nightmare

I bought a ticket from Cape Town to Walvisbay for a family member and realised I got the middle names the wrong way around although spelled correctly. Long story short - eDreams says they cannot update the name and Air Namibia says they can. Been in this deadlock for two weeks. I will NEVER recommend eDreams to anyone!!!!!!!
