Absolutely shocking service. Having issues changing my flight details with them. They keep on telling me that it is against the carrier policy to change my flights dates when I have already confirmed with the carrier that it is possible. Never ever ever use this service it is shocking. Further to that there are no contact details for any service consultants on their website and the call centre takes FORVER.
