DON'T TRAVEL WITH eDREAMS! They ***** your money. We paid extra for "cancel for any reason" tickets from South Africa to Vietnam, we now cannot travel and they won't honor the policy. Last week I was told they couldn't refund us due to the Corona virus (is this not the reason you pay extra for policies???) today they told me they couldn't refund us as Cathay Pacific changed the flight time by a few minutes and the flight was now not a 'pure' flight... Same flight number, same day, only now leaving a few minutes later'
