EDreams is a nightmare!!

I have a booking for JFK. Tried for 3 days to get through to Edreams to cancel. The Help centre is impossible to get to a resolution. It indicates that I am entitled to a refund and then there is a number that must be called to claim the refund. The number is ***. IT DOES NOT EXIST> this after I tried in vain for 2 days. can someone please indicate if there is another number that works? WORST DECISION EVER!!! I was sceptical to start off wiht but thought it is with Qatar and I would be pretty secure. I also assumed that reputable airlines would not use ***** third parties.
