Don't use Edreams - No customer Service at all.

I’ve been trying to change my travel dates from the 16th March 2020, you wait longer than an hour for someone to answer the phone and if they answer they need to contact the airline. Then they will respond in 48 Hours. After multiple calls they didn’t help me. The last call lasted almost 2 hours and at the end they made if there was a connection error that they can’t hear what I’m saying. And disconnected the phone. They didn’t call back and now I’m on the phone again. They have the worst service ever experienced. I won’t recommend anyone use them at all.
