Almost impossible to contact

Similar to Loretta H, it is almost impossible to contact this agency.

Tried calling the local number () but get no response. Tried communicating through the online agent, no response after waiting an entire afternoon.

Some choice words of advice..... use anyone else no matter how cheap they are.... that way you'll avoid disappointment.
