Be carefull when buying from zacomputers

I ordered a router from ZAComputers on 29 December. I did inform them that I made a mistake and that I want to be refunded. I never picked up the router. It is a mission to get them to refund me and the finance people is never available and do not respond. The sales lady Lucille, is the only contact but can only forward messages without response. The last message is that I will be refunded the end of January. So they keep your money (R7300) and then only refunds, hopefully, a month later. People, be carefull if buying from ZAComputers
