unsatisfcatory service

<p>i went there yesterday on the 18/04 and honestly the service at Zack's in Wilson's Wharf is bad. They gave as burnt pizza, which we had to send away because we couldn't finish it. When we asked for the manager, he aws rude and didn't help at all. His behaviour together with his waitress is dispicable and they should both not be serving people. How do we pay for a meal that we are not satisfied with. The issue is not paying for it as such but they should provide good customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to that place ever</p>
