Good day, I have a client at work.whom I helped and she wanted to.register a vehicle and put a personalized plate number which she had no.clue how it worked. As I tried to uplift it I realized that the dealer had already dealer stocked it under their name without obtaining a Standard GP number, later on the 4January 2021 I called their office to see how we can help the old lady and I spoke to this rude lady named Nan Gray on a *** whom had not given.herself time to.learn how the eNatis system actually works and told me that it was not her responsibility and gave me all sorts of excuses even when I offered to make it easier to let her /drivdr walk straight to me so I can help with the rest of their work , She still went as hard rock and hung up, the poor old lady is really helpless thru out this situation, I don't know but is it possible that you can help, I mean should it happen that her previous vehicle is sold at later stage it means she will only be attended then which is really not fair on her.
