MacBook Air - Fixed!!!

Thanks to za support I now have a fully working device, my MacBook Air is old but I am not ready to let her go. They successfully upgraded my storage as well as my OS. Glad I didn't loose any of my data due to the data recovery they did on my old storage. The za support team is kind and helpful to say the least.
