AFTER 21 YEARS OF SUPPORT - SPOKEN TO LIKE DIRT !!

After dealing with Z.A.Khan Optometrists for 21 years, I was treated with the utmost disrespect. do you know the amount of money I spent in 21 years of glasses and contact lenses ??? As normal I ordered my contact lenses on a Monday which normally takes a day or 2 days at the most, having not received any feedback after 5 days I decided to call and find out whats going on ? I was very rudely told the lenses just came in and I was just about to call you. what nonsense!!! I regret being so loyal to optician all my life and then 21 years later spoken to like I am just another person off the street.
