ZA-Deals is a **** Stay away

Also ordered and paid for goods that never materialized on the 3rd of Sept 2019 I paid into a Nedbank account and when i contacted them they said the account was empty. My question is how does Nedbank RICA an account. They should have all the details and ID of the person that opened the account so how hard is this to investigate.
