Terrible Service!!!!!!

I ordered a laptop from these people and made payment the same day. The estimated delivery that was provided was between Mon 2nd and Tues 3rd September 2019 but I haven't heard anything from them. I sent multiple emails to follow up on my order and only had one response asking me to provide POP. they don't have a landline and their website-provided cell number doesn't go through. I've looked up this company and it doesn't seem to be registered. All they appear to be doing is lure you in for payment then go ghost!
