Pull up your socks Za-deals!!

after weeks of struggling, I finally got a refund. First my order was delayed because of stock issues, then when i got it, it was damaged. After returning the kettle, I had to wait another 2 weeks until I got a refund. I just wish that you guys would pull up your socks. The only reason why this review actually has "stars" is because I got my money back.
