No delivery on products ordered more than a month ago.

Purchased a printer more than a month ago. Still no delivery. When i send the first query, they say they don't have payment, so i re-send the proof of payment, then a week later i send another query. Up to today i have not received my printer. More than a week ago, I was told they system show the printer was delivered, but they are looking into it,. NO other feedback received yet, Now they are not replying to my emails or whatsapp messages.
