DON'T USE ZA DEALS!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a SMEG BLENDER on the 27/07/2019 and received confirmation that they had received my payment on the 30/07/2019 with a message that my order would be processed. ZA Deals sent me an estimated time of arrival for the 05/08/2019. Then additionally sent a second confirmation that my item would arrive at my door in the 06/08/2019. On the 12/08/2019, after I queried my package again, I received a mail that due to the public holiday they were unable to dispatch my order, however ensured me that there logistics team has confirmed that the items would be dispatched immediately. I again asked were my package was on the 15/08/2019. They rep**** on the 16/082019 that there records indicated that my package had been delivered and because I had not received it, they would investigate this matter urgently and get back to me. On the 19/08/2019 when I inquired again ZA DEALS informed me that my delivery was still an active investigation. On the 20/08/2019 ZA DEALS informed me that this issue would be resolved before the close of business that day. On the 21/08/2019 they send another message that they have still not located my package and would credit me with a full refund as replacement stock was unavailable. By the 04/09/2019 I still had not received my refund and after communication with them they sent me a mail stating that because of a large influx off e-mails they re trying to resolve my problem within 24-48 hours. Always ending an e-mail with "One of our awesome agents will respond to you shortly and ending with "We love to hear from you". I sent through my banking details and awaited my refund. On the 1/10/2019 I again sent a mail asking for my refund. I received a mail thanking me for my patients an awesome agent will get back to me.

TODAY the 08/10/2019 I requested my refund again. I received a mail that ZA DEALS AUTOMATIC MAIL DELIVERY SERVICE SOFTWARE has rejected my e-mails I have been communicating from this whole time with a message that this IS A PERMANENT ERROR. This company is MAKING YOU PAY AND NOT DELIVERING!
