Poor service

Z League is a terrible service with poor staff members. While the tournaments live scoring email comes through before start time, their emails regarding your ID verification still hasn't come through. Its been almost a week and they still have not sent me an email regarding why the rejected my ID. On top of that ive sent them an email myself with my ID to show them they were wrong and have not bothered to even read the email. Great tournaments but what's the point if you can't withdraw your earnings. Poor service and until they review my ID or send me an email and let me re apply it, my 1 star review remains.
