Non payment of Salary

<p>YxConstruct offered me a job @ R30000.00 per month .I started working on the 26th of October 2016.On the 18th of November 2016 they informed me that my services were no longer required.On several occations i asked them for a contract but never received one.On the 18th of November 2016 i gave them a summary of my days worked plus a travel claim for 2 business trips.Mr Herman Potgieter signed this document to acknowledge that i will be paid before close of day 2016/11/21.This never happened.</p> <p>After various messages to Mr Potgieter and Mr Barry Groenewald,and promisses made by them,i still haven't received a cent.The amount to be paid is R25394.94</p> <p> </p> <p>Mr Herman Potgieter - CFO or COO contact number is ********** or ********** <p>Mr Barry Groenewald - CEO and co-owner contact number is ********** or ********** <p> </p> <p>I've got acknowledgement by both of the abovementioned people that they owe me the amount of R25394.94</p> <p> </p>
