Warning, Avoid Yvonne Nathan By All Means

In the 5 years that I have been living in a Yvonne Nathan managed Complex, I can tell you this, they get stricter and stricter by the year, to a point where you have to question whether you want to continue living in that environment which sometimes feels like a prison. First no Pets, they fine residents R.1000 for leaving things on their balcony... They harass the residents! It's ridiculous! They have the worst attitude ever. If you are considering buying or renting from a complex that is managed by them, I would seriously think twice. They have the most arrogant attitude and many neighbors from current and neighboring complexes are expressing their dislike for this agency. So here is my warning, tread carefully and avoid them by all means.<br>
