Terrible service/Unresponsive staff

<p>I have been trying for over 4 months to fix the issue of dampness to my flat and to re paint the effected areas. However i get no resonse, even after numerouse calls and emails, and promises to respond.</p> <p>Its really unproffesional behavior. I live in Lonehill at the Matumi Sands Complex and i have been dealing with several agents over the course of the four months. The last agents name is Shirley Punley. I am uncertain if that is the correct spelling.</p> <p>She contatntly tells me she will respond but nothing happens. I threatened to take legal action but no response still. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
