Sunset Boulevard Complex - No connections

I just want to warn property buyers and investors about the bad network coverage of Sunset Boulevard, been living here for 6 years and there has been no progress for telkom lines, no telephones, no internet, no competent ADSL options available for this complex. When I moved into this complex 6 years ago in 2011, a welcome newsletter was provided saying there was ADSL lines available for the complex... Which was a blatant lie and clear indication of false advertising. The only thing that works in this complex is 3G with a bad signal. Don't be fooled in investing in this estate if you're a modern 21st century individual who requires to be connected to the online community. I won't be doing this for another year... They claim to have a fibre option, which is really a half hearted broken promises that takes weeks, if not months...
