Lack of feedback and support

<p>I have now on numerous occasions failed to receive feedback on open or / and pressing issues from Yvonne Nathan and her team. The fact that I am on the trustees board is even more worrying which means normal owners and tenants are met with even a colder shoulder. The managing agent selactively answers where it suits them which makes one believe they doing all estates a favour and not paid for their service. </p>
