Estate Being Run Terribly!

We have sent Numerous emails with no response about a maintenance issue we’ve been having for a year.. the staircase lights in the complex block have been out for over 1 year!!- It is unsafe for the tenants and we are paying for All Maintenance and an extra maintenance levy - but something small like that can't been fixed? It is dangerous and embarrassing to show tenants and potential tenants how Monte Falco Estate is run.

Owners break their backs paying an excessive amount for levies and extra maintenance levies and then nothing gets done. I also asked them last year for a financial report to see why our levies are so high and where all our money is going and they just don't bother send the report and always have an excuse and frankly i am tired of being **********. They cancelled Wifi at our clubhouse too but don’t lower the levies which when i asked about it they also completely ignored my mails. (Ive sent 7 emails so far with no responses - just in the past week)

This is the only complex i know of that is so poorly run where the levies are extremely high - - compared to what a complex like The William offers and what they pay for levies compared to what we pay is ridiculous because we don't see anything being done to improve the complex?!

They are very quick to increase levies, take away a early settlement discount and send out snarky demands, but when it comes to the owners concerns and matters that we need done we get completely ignored...

if this is not resolved soon - The CSOS will definitely be involved - the owners of Monte Falco Estate are definitely being treated unfairly.
