Compliments to Yvonne Nathan:Management of estates

The Chairman of Sunset Boulevard would like to remind all owners and tenants that the Conduct Rules of SB were registered in 2012 and since then there have been no changes as indicated by Kyle. Owners of the Estate ratified the proposed Conduct Rules which are approved by Owners and not the Estate Manager. Estate Managers are taking unnecessary abuse and insults from residents who are in breach of the estate's rules and when they are requested by the Trustees via the Estate Manager's in terms of their responsibilities to manage the estate, to remedy the said transgressions, residents feel it necessary to attack the Estate Managers. We wish to thank our Estate Management team at SB for the great work they do in maintaining the high standards of our estate under sometimes difficult offensive residents. Yvonne Nathan and her team work tirelessly in looking after every owner's investment in their entire portfolio and that is why investors purchase where Yvonne Nathan and her team manage estates.
