Yuz Sushi rocks

We have gone to Yuz Sushi almost every week for more than 15 years, and to Maz where Alan worked before he made it into Yuz. Sure they have moved a few times - rent is a b*tch. However, when you get such good traditional sushi (very little foo-foo), wow you want more. And we also make sushi at home every week ourselves; aiming to be as good as Alan's. Do yourself a favour and try some authentic Taiwanese sushi.
