*********** staff at ML Pessen & Dr Yusuf Dadoo Hospital

I have two experiences here which I will relate.

My mother was taken to the hospital in question on the 20th of April 2024. She has dementia and was having a panic attack. My father and mother arrived at the hospital at 9am but the doctor only arrived at 5PM to see her.

My father went to collect here on the 22nd because we didn't get any feedback from the staff when we phoned to find out about her condition. My father received a script for medication which has a stamp for a Dr A Suliman. I also have to mention the condition of my mothers' arms where the staff inserted drips and drew blood - the marks on her arms are still visible today, two weeks after the incident.

This morning (6th May 2024) my father went to collect her medicine at a local clinic (ML Pessen) and was told he needed a reference letter from the hospital which would then send the medicine to the local clinic.

I know this review won't solve anything but I have to let people know about the *********** staff at both these state institutions. Avoid them at all costs, they don't worry about a patient, they are more obsessed with putting photos of themselves on social media.
