Shocking condition of Dr Yusuf Dadoo Hospital

I was at Dr Yusuf Dadoo Hospital to visit someone. I was so shocked to see the condition of that hospital, and the security is the most rudest people I have ever seen. The window is broken where this very sick person is lying, and the linen is dirty, the broken window is not replaced with a new window, it is only covered with carton boxes. There are a few rooms with broken windows, and some not even covered with plastic or something. Not even proper curtains, what about privacy? Enyone from the outside can see the patients in the rooms. It looks and feel SO dirty. How on earth can that be good for any sick person to be there.
