Poor Service at Dr Yusuf Dadoo Hospital

What a bad experience i had when my brother was traffered to that hospital from the local clinic. They got there at 13:15am on 25 September 2023 with an ambulance. When i went to check him 9:00am he was not yet assisted at casual as he was told to wait for the doctor for X ray check up. The doctor came in around 10:00 but we still waited for more than an hour before they were taken. When he came back from x ray we waited for hours with no progress. It is frustrating because the hospital was not even packed yet. The hospital is filthy, no cleaners during the day, not all toilets are working, boxed all over the reception, and waiting in that kind of environment is not good for patients, its digusting. As for service it very very poor... several patients had to leave without getting assisted fully because they couldnt take it anymore, and others left because it was so late already and theres no transport closer do go home. I dont know if there are inspections done there because with what i experienced, i doubt they do. If there is anyone to assist with that hospital please do, or it must just close as its useless to the community.
