Poor service

After phoning the Dept of Healh and then the CEO of the hospital one of the nurses called my name out where I was sitting in the que and helped me only till thus far. Afterwards I waited another 3 hours and I was yet not helped until I approached the front desk and nagged the nurses for help. They laughed and made jokes of me because I am a psychiatric patient and need medicine urgently. Then the doctor said to me if I wanted to commit suicide they will help me with strong medicine and told me I will then never come back to life. Everyone behind the help desk was laughing and making jokes about it. Our Government hospitals has no Pride and Humanity at all.
