Poor Service

I had the worst experience ever, I sat for over 9 hours waiting to be helped on Saturday night, I asked more than 2 times if ever I will be assisted but I was told to wait. I sat with a sprained ankle for all those hours without any help. Priority was given to anyone bleeding or coming in via Ambulance the rest of us were left to sit through out the whole night till shift change in the morning. Disappointing and Dehumanizing.
