Abuse from the Nurses and staff

On the 14th September 2021, I went to Dr Yusuf Dadoo "women's clinic". The nurses and other ladies that work there are very rude. They were insulting us from the moment we got there until we left the place. They were saying horrible things to us not considering that one of us might be there because of ***ual abuse or other sensitive matters, they did not care at all. I recorded all the things they were saying to us and I also took pictures. all the staff that worked there "including the nurses" were not even wearing masks the entire time. I need help on where I can report this matter. or even a link to the newspapers will help. These people continue to treat us badly like this because we are not reporting them, but this time I will not rest until this matter is being handled. Anyone that knows the law procedure to this matter, kindly help.
