Complaint and Request for Refund

Subject: Formal Complaint and Request for Refund – Yuso Debt Consultants Good day, I hope you are doing well. I would like to formally report an issue regarding the handling of my account by Yuso Debt Consultants. An amount was deducted from my account on the 25th, with the understanding that it would be allocated accordingly. However, to date, my account still reflects as being in arrears, and no allocation of the deducted funds has been confirmed. I have made several attempts to request a statement reflecting how the funds were allocated, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication and transparency is concerning.
