Worst Customer Service, Rude people and ridiculous collection charges- DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

<p>I bought a product online to infuse tea (R140.00) When I got it the tea leaves would just fall through the hole of the infused. I sent the unit back as it was defective. After they examined it I was told that only whole tea leaves would work and the product was not defective. No where on their website does it say that only whole tea Ieaves can be used. I did not even know there was a difference. They refuse to refund me my money as they say the product has been used. Now they wont even return the product, which I have already paid for because they now want me to pay an additional R70 for them collecting the defective product. I have even offered to accept the product even though it is not what I thought I had order and would go and collect it personally. They refuse to release it until I pay them the additional R70.</p> <p> </p> <p>When the product did not work, I called them to advise them of the problem where I was told to log a return on their website. I was not told that there would be a collection charge. I have emailed the company numerous times and spoken to them on the phone. My last email was ignored. I have phoned them a few times and no one was available to help me. Today when I got hold of someone they wouldnt listen to me or waiver the R70 even though I offered to come and collect the product (which I cant use). She then slammed the phone down on my colleague. I then called back and the last person I spoke to told me never to call again and that he considers this matter closed.</p>
