CUSTOMER SERVICE?!

I placed an order for an item from Yuppie Gadgets for a farewell gift. The item was on the pricy side, so when I received a chipped, scratched item, I immediately contacted Yuppie Gadgets, requesting that I get the damaged unit replaced. Because this was a farewell gift, I have a limited time to get this exchanged, but when I got a response from the company, from one of the owners I might add...no one cared! Not that they will do their best to accommodate my request / that they would arrange to have it collected immediately...NOTHING!! I must just log a return on the website. And no matter how many times I try and explain that I do not have time for that...she rep**** with the same thing over and over again!! I even offered to get in my car and bring it back to them - \that's not how they work". Other Internet based shops will do anything to help their customers - NOT Yuppie Gadgets. Oh well"
