Urgent Settlement Letter Demand

<p>I took a short term loan with Yupee cash and settled it. Now I need a settlement letter and their systems have been offline for quite some time now and this is very frustrating. I understand that their system is offline, but surely they can have some interaction with their clients via e-mail or telephone.
