Yuna Foods /Capitals Unfulfilled order and lack of communication

I ordered from bulk atchaar(20kg) and assorted fizzy drinks from Yuna Foods online on the 20th of February 2025 @ 00:24 with order number #2907.

The next day I reached out to Yuna Foods also trading as Yuna Capitals and chatted with a "Mr Hitekani Mongwe" who seems to be the owner and I enquired if they received my order and to find out when I can expect delivery in Gqeberha.I was assure on WhatsApp chat line that my order will be prioritized last week Friday the 28th of February 2024. The reason for delay was rain but till this day I have reached out on the whatsapp line without joy or response. I feel like I am being ****med somehow. Whatsapp line is +***9

Please assist me in getting a better service I deserve as a customer supporting a business from Yuna Capitals or rather my money back if order can't be fulfilled.
