Sweets spoilt and children ate half packet

Good Afternoon,

Please note that I bought a huge pack of Sweets and my kids ate half the pack which was spoilt yet had a good expiry date,

When I contacted the company they just cut the call multiple times therefore I am outraged as I have been labeled as drunk instead of being assisted,

I hope to get assistance or take legal action,
