Yumbi and Pedro's pathetic service
Pathetic service from Yumbi and Pedro's They are quite happy to take your money cancel your order and expect you to wait 5days for a refund, yet they were quite content to take my money immediately when placing my order.
Pathetic service, 1 person on call, who is allegedly the manager and nobody to escalate to

Unfortunately as as software service provider to multiple restaurants we cannot control how disputes are handled at an individual store level. It's also important to mention that online payments and associated refunds are somewhat complicated by the delays introduced by the banks, payment switching providers and 3rd party payment systems. We would suggest this concern is escalated directly with the Brand or restaurant concerned so it can be responded to appropriately.
