Yumbi and debonairs dainfern square

Good day I ordered from debonairs dainfern but the order did not go through apparently due to network issues, but money was debited from my account. I contacted debonairs customer care they referred me to dainfern store and of course they couldn't help they just said your money will bounce back. Next day I call debonairs again and they tell me money will be refunded in 48hours. The next day I get a call from dainfern saying no it will take 7days which infuriated me because why is there such a long turn around time for my money to return when its clearly a **** up on their side (my network was perfectly fine) anyway I ask for yumbis number they tell me they not allowed?! How are you not allowed to give a number of the person who has the powers to return my money to me ??? So I ended up finding the number myself and first thing Sbonelo says is where did you get this number? And rudely tells me it will take 7 days and thats that! I am going to report yumbi as ********** because their system is very very ***** and the way they deal with customers.
