Long overdue refund

I placed an online order at Debonairs Signet Terace Lenesia on the 30th June 2018. The online orders and payments are administrated by Yumbi. The store manager informed me that they do not deliver to my location and that the refund request will be submitted. However, Yumbi have still refunded money into my account citing that the Ops Manager who is supposed to approve is not available. I find that to be extremly unprofessional as I cannot be kept waiting all this time because they can't find someone to approve. The Yumbi people don't even bother to phone and update me. It's my money and I want it back now. ********** .
