KFC Ferndale - Making things Right

Visited KFC (Ferndale) and ordered 2 Streetwise 3 with Chips. This was supposed to be supper to be shared between 3 14 year olds. Imaging my surprise when I opened the box 3 very skinny Wings each. I wrote a Complaint letter to their Head Office on the Saturday. Early Sunday morning KFC Ferndale (Thuli) called me apologized and told me to come in and get a replacement meal which I did two days later. Thuli was truly surprised when I showed her the pictures. I fairly often order KFC and I knew this incident was a case of Staff simply not using Common Sense.
