****!!!!!

We saw an adverti*****t on Facebook about a mechanical surfboard which my son was so excited for and bought it with his 13th Birthday money. We emailed them to inform them that we would be moving from Capetown to Pretoria in a month and a half.. which they said wont be a problem as we would receive the item within 7-14 working days.. After ETA i emailed them once again and received feedback with saying it would take another 7-14 working days for delivery. Then the same thing kept on persisting.. they informed us the week of our move that we apparently according to their data already received the item.. but it was another name and it was delivered in Durban. They then said they messed up the tracking numbers and sent us the wrong one. When asking for the correct tracking code we only received excuses on top of excuses then finally they said we did receive the item. After a month of back and forth when asking for a refund they said they will resend a new package and can only send a tracking number after another 7 days and then would take another 15-35 days for delivery after date of despatch.

We have all the evidence.

My son is heartbroken..
