Tragic downfall

I have been a client of YMS for many years. It was always a pristinely run company with friendly and knowledgeable people knowing your name and us knowing who we are working with. Brilliantly stocked- always a pleasure popping in and purchasing and filling O2 tanks. There were always Dr's and pharmacists on the board- showing in or out, beautiful marketing shelves with lights and drinking water. Friendly receptionists working a miriad of lines and people and functions effortlessly. These days the place looks like a dump. The front door handle is dangling, the walls have been stripped and broken shelves and brackets hanging, unfriendly reception - who don't greet or talk. Look very unhappy. Odd plastic chairs, all pictures gone from walls. Plastic bin. A 3rd world shell. Mats and walls are dirty. Ag sies man. Other clients coming in just throw hands in the air at this monumental decline and tragic loss of a magnificent company who served the medical fraternity dilgently. (I happened to collect items in December- they were having their year end party.... well... loud raucous music outside - braaiing, shouting and one of the staff sidles up intoxicated.... ) A once proud establishment where we enjoyed shopping for latest medical equipment has become a grubby dilapidated and unfriendly 3rd world dump
