BAD CRAFTMANSHIP & HORRIBLE ATTITUDE

Ysterman [URL Removed] installed my driveway gate. Originally the quoted R21 406 for the gate. After acceptance they changed the quote to R31 728. I accepted this. The gate was installed but the track was not sufficiently installed. The track was installed as if this was a standard gate ( not enough concrete and reinforcements to hold track in place) while the gate was a industrial gate (2.2 tons). Hendrik was informed. To make a long story short- This is where the blame shifting start. According to Ysterman Rita they cannot take responsibility for the track as a truck supposedly drove over it. I informed her that this was not the truth - I HAVE CCTV CAMERAS TO PROVE THIS. Absolutely no one drove over the track while the concrete was wet. The first car only drove over the track after I confirmed with one of the Ysterman installers that it is dry and that we may! Even a amateur can see that the concrete and reinforcements was not enough for this gate!! However, now they require me to pay another R2500 for the new concrete! They refuse to take responsibility for BAD CRAFTSMANSHIP!! Would not recommend using this company - BAD ATTITUDE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD CRAFTSMANSHIP.
