Incomplete order and no response from YSport

Good day I placed an order for YSport tracksuit and payed full amount of tracksuit orders on the 17th of February 2019. They said orders takes 4 working weeks after deposit has been paid but I paid full amount.

Order was two weeks late and I was missing one track top.

I emailed them to info them of my order and I never got a respond till I complained on Instagram that is when they respond to my DMs.

They are now not responding to even my DMs and emails , nowni have to pay the member his money out of my own pocket.

One email they responded to they say they will fix it and even give me a free tracksuit free but after that they went missing. I don't know what to do anymore
