YQ My Vehicle License terrible service delivery

i accepted the Quote and paid on the same day ,followed up and sent emails and receive a call from owner Ferdi stating he is busy and not his only client and he doesn't take calls or respond to emails ,absolutely rude -wasted a week of my time !and now refunds the money A Week later -Customer service is lacked ! Dont use !!!!
