Rather queue then use YQ My Vehicle Licence

I paid my fines with YQ in April, my fines are not settled, I have not received a receipt. When I call the land line it is now called Fines 911 and they cannot assist as YQ no longer exists. They referred me to Ferdi and his cell number no longer exists. This is not the first complaint or query they have received for YQ.
