Appalling service!!

My family buy Boba oftern from your Mall of the South branch. Today we were in Northgate. We purchased over 5 drinks. One of our drink containers was leaking at the bottom. The staff refused to replace the faulty container!!! Informing my husband that he would have to purchase another drink in order to get another container. I am appalled at such lack of customer service. I will never support this business in future if this is the way you treat your customers. And be sure I will let everyone I know about this.
