SPA NIGHTMARE

Never have I received such DISGUSTING client service as I have at Youtopia Spa on circular drive. My treatment was 20 minutes shorter than what it should have been. A salon care facial was started instead of a Dermalogica facial. My the****** reeked of cigarette. She had plastic on her wrists because she decided to get tattoos done before coming to work. So I had to listen to cling wrap in my ears for over an hour and a half. I only received half of my full body massage. I got charged full price for the treatments, there was no manager I could complain to. I complained the following day via telephone, when all my complaints were basically dismissed and shut down by Lauren the 'manager on duty'. There is still no outcome of my complaint, and I have to deal with slack customer care. I just don't know how businesses such as these are allowed to operate. I recommend that if you would like quality spa treatments, DO NOT GO TO YOUTOPIA!!!!!
