Yourview panel

Yourview used to be my favorite survey site, but recently I'm very disappointed with their service, I finally had enough for a voucher, the voucher was delivered fast but the voucher was missing a digit, which never happened before, I've opened a ticked and send emails, I have received one email telling me they will resolve the issue in 48 hours and that was 11 days ago.
